  • Please note that while we try to create a product as close to the one we have in our pictures, variation in colour, style and flowers may exist depending on seasonality of flowers and availability of paper, vases ad products (included in our hampers). If we do not have a particular product in stock, we will replace it with another of equal or greater value. As every order is made by hand, each arrangement will be unique in it’s own way! For orders being sent to our INTERSTATE friends, we will replace dried flowers with paper flowers in order to meet customs requirements.
  • Please allow 2-4 days production time for products from our collection and up to a week for custom orders.

S H I P P I N G

  • We ship at a flat rate of $15 for our current range of paper flower arrangements including cards and vases for eligible items.
  • We ship at a flat rate of $5 for cards and small prints without paper flowers.
  • Custom arrangements are priced based on size and weight calculations (which may exceed the stadard shipping rate) which we will work out for you with your quote.
  • Shipping times can take between 3-6 business days for metropolitan cities.
  • Flowers are safely packed with soft tissue and padding in secure boxes. We try our best to use as environmentally friendly packaging materials and procedures as possible. Flowers may experience light squashing from the journey. Please refer to care instructions on how to return them back to normal.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any damage to your flower arrangement with photos of the damage and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

D E L I V E R Y + P I C K . U P

  • Available only for Adelaide Metropolitan customers. If your delivery address is outside our limits for delivery we will automatically change it to postage at no extra cost.
  • Delivery within a 10km radius is $15. You may specify whether you prefer a time before an AM delivery (before 12PM) or PM delivery (after 12PM) however we are unable to guarantee specific times.
  • Pick up is available from our home studio in the Western suburbs of Adelaide is free, please confer with us to arrange a time suitable.
  • If the recipient is not home, we will leave their arrangement in a safe location. If that is not able to be done, then we will leave an order card in the letter box and take the order back to our studio where the recipient can arrange to pick up their order at a time suitable. Please note, we unfortunately cannot refund delivery charges after we have attempted a delivery. We will charge a $15 re-attempt delivery fee if you wish for us to go to another location.
  • For smooth deliveries, we recommend you check that the recipient will be home at the time slot you have requested and provide us with the recipient’s contact number.

C R E D I T + R E T U R N S

  • Each arrangment is unique and handmade for each customer. Because of that, we are unable to give refunds on custom orders or change of mind on our paper flower collection.
  • We are happy to offer store credit if you are not happy with a design you have received. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving so that we can arrange postage return of item.
  • Please note that there are no returns on postage and delivery costs.
  • Breakages and significant damage to arrangements due to postage will be refunded within 3 days of receiving so please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us through email with photos of the damage so that we can arrange postage return of item.
