CHUBBZ

  • Expect to wait 2-3 weeks or 4+ weeks in very busy periods like Christmas.
  • you will get photos of your chubb when we complete ‘the first draft‘. we can make any changes till you are happy.
  • We finalise your Chubb and they are ready for pick up or postage! Yay!

PAPER FLOWERS

  • Please note that while we try to create a product as close to the one we have in our pictures, variation in colour, style and flowers may exist depending on seasonality of flowers and availability of paper. As every order is made by hand, each arrangement will be unique in it’s own way! For orders being sent to our INTERSTATE friends, we will replace dried flowers with paper flowers in order to meet customs requirements.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks production time for products from our collection and 3+ weeks for custom products.

  • Chubbz, Paper Flowers and Printed Artwork = $15 flatrate
  • Pomkeys + Prints $10 flatrate
  • Single Cards $5
  • Chubbz and Paper Flowers are packed with recycled soft tissue paper to pad and secure items in boxes. We try our best to use as environmentally friendly packaging materials and procedures as possible. Flowers may experience light squashing from the journey. Please refer to care instructions on how to return them back to normal.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any damage to your Chubbz or flower arrangement with photos of the damage and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS send us a message and we will shipping quotes and payment through PayPal 🙂

C R E D I T + R E T U R N S

  • We pride ourselves in creating completely customised creations with the help of you. We will include you in the creation process and contact you with pictures via your preferred method of contact in order to make any changes you would like. Because of that, we are unable to give refunds on custom orders or change of mind on any of our customised items AFTER production has begun.
  • If you change your mind on an order, please let us know as soon as possible to organise a store credit/refund.
  • Please note that there are no returns on postage costs and customers are responsible for any postage fees related with returns.
  • Breakages and significant damage to arrangements due to postage will be rectified as soon as possible. Please let us know as soon as possible within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting us via email so we can organise a replacement as soon as possible.
